Acceptable Use Policy

Banbino may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old and for lawful, genuine family-building and relationship purposes. Users must not use Banbino to promote, organise, facilitate or participate in illegal activity.

The following content and behaviour are strictly prohibited:

Nude, pornographic or sexually explicit profile content, messages or uploaded media
Any child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming or sexualisation of minors
Sexual assault, sexual violence, coercion, threats of sexual harm or conduct that encourages such acts
Non-consensual intimate images, recordings or sexually explicit content, including content shared without the depicted person's permission
Human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution, escort solicitation or recruitment for commercial sexual services
Scams, impersonation, romance fraud, payment fraud, deceptive fundraising or attempts to obtain money, account credentials or personal information fraudulently
Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, intimidation or repeated unwanted contact
Any other unlawful, abusive, exploitative or dangerous conduct

Banbino may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts and report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Profile Guidelines

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to join our platform. Age verification may be required, and accounts misrepresenting age will be permanently banned. For certain arrangements involving medical procedures, additional age restrictions may apply based on clinic requirements and local laws.

Profile Photos

Your profile should authentically represent you. We require at least one clear photo showing your full face. We do not permit:

Photos that are heavily filtered or digitally altered beyond recognition
Images of children as your main profile photo (family photos in additional slots are acceptable)
Nude or sexually explicit images
Photos of other people without clear identification of yourself
Memes, text-only images, or stock/AI photos

Personal Information

Be truthful about your identity, age, location, and family-building goals. Accuracy is crucial for family-building decisions. We do not permit:

False identities or impersonation
Misleading information, medical history, or family-building intentions
Using someone else's photos or information
Creating multiple accounts at the same time

Family-Building Goals

Clearly state your intentions, whether seeking romantic partnership, co-parenting, donation arrangements, or surrogacy. Misleading others about your goals is prohibited.

Content and Conduct Guidelines

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
Discrimination based on fertility status, family structure preferences, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, or disability

Aggressive or demanding behavior regarding family-building timelines or arrangements

Medical Information and Privacy

While sharing relevant medical information can be helpful, respect privacy boundaries. We prohibit:

Demanding private medical information
Sharing someone else's medical information without consent
Making medical diagnoses or giving medical advice
Discriminating based on fertility challenges or medical conditions
Pressuring others to undergo medical procedures

Child Safety and Protection

We have zero tolerance for any content that endangers or exploits children. This includes:

Any sexual content involving minors
Inappropriate photos of children
Content that could be used to groom or harm children
Discussions of illegal activities involving minors

For parents seeking co-parenting arrangements, photos of your children should protect their privacy and safety.

Financial Arrangements and Scams

While some arrangements may involve financial agreements (such as donor compensation), we strictly prohibit:

Scams or fraudulent requests for money
Upfront payment requests from unverified individuals
Get-rich-quick schemes or investment solicitations
Selling products or services
Requesting money for "emergencies" or personal financial difficulties

All financial arrangements should be handled through proper legal channels with appropriate documentation.

Authentic Family-Building Intent

Our platform is specifically for family-building purposes. We don't allow:

Using the platform solely for casual dating without family intentions
Misrepresenting your family-building goals or timeline
"Catfishing" or creating false personas
Time-wasting or insincere engagement with serious users

Medical and Legal Disclaimers

Members must understand the limitations of our platform. We prohibit:

Providing medical advice or diagnoses

Making guarantees about fertility outcomes
Practicing medicine or law without proper licensing

Inappropriate Sexual Content

Recruiting for other platforms or services
MLM or pyramid scheme promotion
Unauthorized commercial activity

Verified clinic partners operate under separate guidelines, prior vetting and agreements.

Privacy and Consent

Respect others' privacy and boundaries. We prohibit:

Sharing private conversations or photos without consent
Stalking or tracking other members
Sharing personal information of other members
Recording conversations without permission
Continuing contact after being asked to stop
