Law Enforcement & Safety Information

    Last updated July 2026

These guidelines explain how authorised law enforcement agencies may request information from PandoraByte LLC, the operator of Banbino.

Banbino reviews law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable law. We may reject, object to, narrow or request clarification of any request that is incomplete, overly broad, legally invalid or submitted by an unverifiable person.

These guidelines are provided for informational purposes and do not waive any legal rights or objections available to Banbino.

    1. Safety incidents and contacting law enforcement

Banbino users who believe they or another person may be in immediate danger, or who encounter suspected serious criminal activity, should contact their local law enforcement or emergency services directly.

    This may include situations involving

    Suspected human trafficking or exploitation

    Sexual exploitation or abuse

Threats of violence or serious physical harm

    Child sexual abuse or exploitation

    Stalking, coercion or extortion

    Other suspected serious criminal activity

If there is an immediate risk of death or serious physical injury, users should contact their local emergency services immediately.

Emergency telephone numbers vary by country. Users should use the official emergency number applicable in their location, such as 911 in the United States and Canada, 112 in the European Union and many other countries, or 999 in the United Kingdom.

Users may also report the relevant profile, message or activity to Banbino using the in-app reporting tools or Banbino's general support channel.

Reporting an issue to Banbino does not replace contacting law enforcement or emergency services where immediate assistance or a criminal investigation may be required.

Where appropriate, users should preserve relevant information such as usernames, profile links, messages, screenshots or other details that may assist law enforcement.

Users should not place themselves at further risk in order to collect evidence.

    2. Submitting a request

All law enforcement requests must be submitted through the secure Law Enforcement Request Form below.

Requests submitted through general customer support, social media or other communication channels may not be processed.

The form is intended only for sworn law enforcement officers, prosecutors, authorised government investigators and other government officials acting in an official capacity.

Members of the public should use Banbino's in-app reporting tools or general support channel to report users, content or safety concerns. For suspected criminal activity, serious safety threats or emergencies, users should also contact the appropriate local law enforcement or emergency services directly.

    Requester details

    Target account

    Provide at least one identifier.

    Records requested

Submitting this form does not necessarily constitute formal service of legal process.

    3. Requester verification

Requests must be submitted using an official government or agency email address.

Banbino may independently contact the relevant agency to verify

    The requester's identity

    The requester's role and authority

The validity of the case or investigation

The authenticity of any attached legal documents

We may decline a request where the identity or authority of the requester cannot be verified.

    4. Information required

The request form will ask for

The requesting agency's name and jurisdiction

The requesting official's full name, title and contact details

The agency case or reference number

A brief description of the investigation

    The relevant Banbino account identifiers

    The specific records requested

    The relevant date range

    The applicable legal authority

A copy of any subpoena, court order, warrant or other legal document

Where possible, identify the relevant account using one or more of the following

    Banbino username

    Profile URL

    Registered email address

    Registered telephone number

    Subscription or transaction identifier

Requests based only on a person's name, photograph or physical description may be impossible to process.

    6. Preservation requests

Authorised government agencies may use the form to request the preservation of existing account records while obtaining the required legal process.

Where applicable, Banbino may preserve available records for 90 days and may extend that period as required by applicable law.

    A preservation request

    Does not authorise disclosure

Does not continuously collect new information

Cannot restore information that has already been deleted

Does not guarantee that the requested information exists

    7. Emergency requests

The Law Enforcement Request Form includes an option for emergency disclosure requests.

Emergency requests are intended only for situations involving an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury.

    The requester must explain

    The nature of the emergency

    Who is at risk

    The specific danger involved

    The information being requested

How the requested information may help prevent or reduce the danger

Why there is insufficient time to obtain ordinary legal process

Banbino evaluates each emergency request individually and may independently verify the request with the relevant agency.

Investigative urgency, approaching deadlines or flight risk alone may not qualify as an emergency.

    8. Child safety

Banbino has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Suspected child sexual abuse material and related activity may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Requests connected to an existing NCMEC CyberTipline report should include the relevant report number in the form.

    9. User notification

Banbino may notify an affected user of a law enforcement request unless notification is prohibited by law or where Banbino reasonably believes that notice could

    Create a risk of harm

    Compromise an investigation

Result in the destruction of evidence

    Obstruct lawful proceedings

Endanger a child or another person

Any request to prevent or delay user notification should include the relevant legal authority or court order.

    10. Information availability

    The information available depends on

    What information Banbino collects

Whether the information is still retained

The relevant user's account settings and activity

The date range covered by the request

Banbino cannot provide information that it does not hold, that has already been deleted under its retention practices or that relates to communications conducted outside the Banbino platform.

Banbino does not store users' complete payment-card details. Additional payment or transaction information may be held by the applicable app store or payment processor.

    11. Response and disclosure

Banbino may request further information or clarification before processing a request.

Where records are disclosed, they will be provided through a method that Banbino considers appropriately secure and only to a verified official recipient.

Banbino does not guarantee a particular response time. Emergency and child-safety matters may be prioritised where appropriate.

Submitting the form does not necessarily constitute formal service of legal process.
